Ich bin in der Nähe der Leica Stadt Wetzlar geboren und aufgewachsen. Nach dem Abitur vollendete ich das Studium der Architektur in der documenta Stadt Kassel. Während des Studiums durfte ich meine Augen bei diversen Exkursionen schulen, verschiedene Kulturen kennenlernen und vielfältige Eindrücke sammeln, was für mich sehr prägend war. Nach dem Studium zog es mich nach Wien, wo ich als Design Architect für renommierte internationale Architekturbüros u.a. Coop Himmelb(l)au und Delugan Meissl Associated Architects tätig war. Neben der Tätigkeit als Design Architect liegen meine Interessensgebiete im Entwurf von Lichtobjekten und in der künstlerischen Fotografie.

Die Fotografie gibt mir die Möglichkeit, gesehene Schönheit festzuhalten, zu transformieren und abzubilden. Dabei verstehe ich die Fotografie nicht nur als Werkzeug zur Abbildung und Dokumentation, sondern vielmehr als Verbindungselement zwischen dem gebauten Raum, dem physischen Objekt und dem Bild. Sie ist für mich Stil- und Hilfsmittel, um Gedanken abzubilden, Welten zu erkunden und Spaziergänge bildlich festzuhalten. Diese Seite ist eine Sammlung von bildlichen und skulpturalen Eindrücken, von Gedanken und Spaziergängen, geprägt von Schönheit und Faszination.

I was born and grew up near the Leica town of Wetzlar. After graduating from high school, I completed my architecture studies in the documenta city of Kassel. During my studies, I was able to train my eyes on various excursions, get to know different cultures and collect a variety of impressions, which was very formative for me. After studying, I moved to Vienna, where I worked as a design architect for renowned international architectural firms including Coop Himmelb(l)au and Delugan Meissl Associated Architects. In addition to working as a design architect, my areas of interest include the design of light objects and artistic photography.

Photography gives me the opportunity to capture, transform and depict the beauty I see. I see photography not only as a tool for illustration and documentation, but rather as a connecting element between the built space, the physical object and the image. For me it is a style and tool for depicting thoughts, exploring worlds and capturing walks.
